Gave false information

I received a call on my cell phone telling that I was eligible to be entered into a million dollar prize and in edition I would receive magazines.By the end of the call I said I would participate on the conditions I would only have to pay one price of $74.75.

They took the payment out of my credit card and I never received anything. A month goes by and they try to pull another $74.75 out of my credit card. I called the company and they tried to tell me that I could not cancel or get my money back.

I informed the guy I was told I could cancel at any time. He claimed I could just refinance my bill. I said no and he kept repeating himself.in the end I called my boss (an attorney) and we used three way to call the company and we had to threaten a law suit before I was able to get a refund and cancel my account.

Please beware of this company!
