Dishonest fraudulent credit card billing of $545.00 ripoff

9-6-06 Danita Alston called & after much pleading by her I did agree to buy only a combined credit report by Equidata for $9.50. She said it was needed for prequalifcation & said she would call in 20-30 mins with results. She did not call back.

Later on I called her & she said I was qualified for 1/2M.
She wanted me to sign up for their lending procedures. I told her NO & if I ever get that far, I'll have to use another CC. Toll Free: 1-877-396-9376 Her ext is 228. Dawn is x266.

9-20-06 I rec'd my visa bill, guess what's posted there 9-8-06?
Dishonest fraudulent charge of $545.00!!! Could'nt reach Danita.
9-21-06 I called Danita, discussed charge & asked her to get it off my bill. She said she must have put the wrong note on the application & stated she remembers that we did not get that far on 9-6-06 & promised to straighten it out. Other calls no help.

10-3-06 I disputed charge. 10-17-06 They rebutted with dishonest statements. 11-6-06 I rebutted their rebuttal with true honest statements. Still in dispute. RACHEL SCOTT owns Z D R E I.
