This man created an auction on eBay for a GT DHi. I was not prepared to buy the bike by the auctions end, and since there was no winner, I decided to buy the bike about a week after the end of the auction.

Upon arrival of the bike, I learned that the bike was not a GT DHi, but rather a GT Lobo. I have repeatedly asked for a full refund, however Mr. Monchak has denied, and repeatedly told me to just resell it.

I plan on taking this case to wherever it needs to go in order for my money to be returned.
