I tried contacting the seller of an e-bay product (laptop battery) he did not contact me. I was stupid to bid on the item but I did because I believed his description to be accurate.

After I won the bid, he e-mailed me telling me that the item he was selling he did not test and didn't know how long it held a charge. His e-bay decrciption stated he tested the battery and it held a good charge. Plus when I tried to contact him by phone I found his number to be disconnected.

When I tried working through e-bay to contact him he never contacted me, nor was I able to contact him. E-bay has put a none payment stike against me, and I feel the seller should have a bad or not ture description strike against him. E-bay protects the seller only not the buyer, the seller is a lier and I do not recommend people buying from him unless he can prove the item he is selling is what he states it is.
