Corp Insurance This company offered me a loan. All I had to pay was a "insurance deposit"and then they would automatically deposite the money., Toronto, Ontario, Canada, New York

Pinnacle Financial Corp is a rip off because they had promised a loan and never followed through. I was not a fortunante one that got her money back or caught onto the scam.instead I sent these people over $8,000.00 in "insurance money" so that they could "directly deposite" my loan of $15,000 within 24 hours.

When I called these people on the scam they said that they weren't and that they could have thier President send me a letter with his sworn promise to send me at the MINIMUM my money back to me. They never did, when I called them and inquired about it, they gave me the run around and said that Bank of America and Chase Financial is holding the money to use in court so that I could get my refund AND my interest.

I spoke with and or have dealt with Kimberly Sheffield, Anthony McCoy, Jim Kaski, Frank White, Ron Fletcher, David Rozani, Charles Adams, Mark Neves, Charles Bedley, Tarik Dabbaugh, Jeremy David, Francisco Marieiro, Mark Lyn, Natalia Stajak, and Martia McLean. Most are the so called Lenders and the others are Account Managers and Couriers.

I have not heard a word since August and now thier number is disconnected. I don't even think they were thier real names! I am interested in knowing if Bank of America and Chase are aware of the fact that this bogus corporation was using thier name to help thier efforts in scamming everyday Americans.

I last spoke with Pinnacle in August. I have all of my paperwork of the transactions, the contract and of the promises that they CEO and President have made to me. I am now in serious financial hardship because of these people and they need to be found and punished!

I realize I should have been smarter than them, and I was stupid for believing people that I had never seen face to face. I cannot believe that there are people out there that would stoop so low as to do this
