GRANT SCAM - Ripped me off for hundreds of DOLLARS!

I had been phoned several times and offered grant writing services by capital grant usa. After going on the internet and not finding any negative feed back and calling back the phone number on the site to get more info and visiting their web site, I entered into a guaranteed money back agreement for life time grant writing service for $299.00,

That was debited from my checking account sept 10/06. I was supposed to get an info pack to return to cap grant and guaranteed at least a $5000.00 grant or my money back. My verification #2903938. I have never recieved any info, could not get thru on the 866# but 1 time in the last month and did leave a message. The website is still up but the contact number goes to the recorded message and they have not been answering and the mailbox is always full. This supposedly went thru a third party verification, The mans name David. PLEASE HELP ME GET MY MONEY BACK! I am a single mother just trying to raise 3 children...

I have reported this to the BBB but so far no response.
