Ripped me off

I was on the government site FAFSA and found the capital grant association website... I put in my information thinking it was apart of the government site and they gave me a call Laurel Bryant was her name. That lieing American... She should be put in jail for her incorrect advertisment. The company said they would grant me 5,000 dollars if i paid them 299. I was not required to pay them right away but i decided to, just to get it out of the way... Should have been more skeptical about it. Anyhow, they sent me a packet of info like they said they would, late but sent. I sent it back and no answer. Tried calling the toll free number and no response... Im going to keep calling until i fill up their mail box each day. That sucks for them because thats how they make business... So if i have to call 20 times a day i will..
