My husband went ahead with a 30 day trial of septic remedy after a very pushy saleman convinced him it was free if sent back in the 30 day time frame.

We marked it on the calendar and decided we didn't want to continue with it. He sent it back paying the cost of shipping of course and we didn't hear anything until a month or two later saying they had mailed other notices that we had disregarded and that this was the final notice before being sent to collections. All the important words were in red. It gave a toll free number for easy payment and a stub at the bottom for easy payment by mail asking for our credit card number.

My husband called them and spoke with Eric and said he had sent it back. Eric asked for proof to be faxed to him. This was a very bad business dealing as they did not acknowledge the returned package. Many people will be deceived and to avoid the hassle just pay the sum even after sending it back. We are thankful for the other rip off reports.
