Ripped me off, gave me a phone number that is always busy, and another number with a voicemachine only. Dishonest, scammers, skunks

It is a horrible situation to be in at this time. When I received the call, it sounded so-so. I was told by their rep on the phone, that I could cancel the process should I change my mind after receiving the card. Well, I tried calling for three (3) days and had no luck. The phone number they gave: 1-800-717-1278 is always busy. The other number: 1-702-256-3000 is a voice/talking machine only. I decided to contact my bank and make a stop payment on the automated check info I so stupidly gave. My bank cannot guarantee at this time that the check has not already been forwarded.ccS should not have done anything with my check until I activate my card. Altho, it states on their letter that came with the card, that "if the phone is busy keep trying" and... If you don't call us during the free activation time (48 to 72 hours) to activate or cancel the card, they would automatically debit your checking account. They have different deadlines by days. What a scam way of doing business... Monkey scamming business!
