Got a 14.95 CD for 79.85

Infomercial offers dance/workout CD for 14.95. After I gave my credit card number (to a voice recorded computer). I was told by the computer I would actually be charged 69.95 instead of 14.95 for membership fees. I immediatly called back and spoke to a live operator (after several numbers entered). This person infomed me I could not cancel my order because it was already being processed.
I have not recieved anything. I called them agian today 10/30/06, and requested my money back. They told me I could cancel my membership today and have 40.00 refunded to my account. That is not what was advertised. I agreed to this deceitful compromise in an attempt to reclaim some of the money I was robbed. Not only is this false advertisement, to inform someone of additional charges after collecting your credit card number constitutes fraud! Because of Core Ryhtms unlawful practices, i doubt there will be monies credit to my account.
