Mr. Hansen is a very agressive tyrant in this park. So is his son Mr. Steven Harris (Assistant Manager) who lives next door to me. I feel he is not reporting all of his income to the IRS. He has many hats. A Real Estate Agent for Classic Homes, Maintenance Business which he charges $30.00 hr. And he goes off property on company time. He has been seen at Super Duper Video recently doing the roof or wiring something along that line. He also some time won a worker's compensation case because of his arms.

He seems to function just fine they way he does swamp coolers, climbing on roof of mobile homes, do roof work etc., etc. He is also illegally taking pictures of private property and making people clean up their backyards. We rent the space here and it is nobodys business to be on property without a 24 hour notice or emergency. Rumors has it that he is taking money for every sale on a mobile home in this park. I hope he is reporting it to the IRS??? He takes pictures of minor children also and is showing them to the residence of the park to make the child look bad.

Isn't it illegal to take pictures of children? It seems to me it might be harassment or stalking??? Besides acting like he has a contractors license and still charging repair and maintenance estimating at least over $500.00. He is also having cars towed left and right and recently we found out he changed the color of the permits. Without even an announcement or even making sure all the residence had 2 ea.By the way he charges $5.00 a piece for that. The residence parking permit was lavender but recently he changed that to brown. I'm afraid he may tow my car out of my carport because the permit is not the right color. It is very nerve racking. We never received notice on that either. We really need an investigation into this park. The management needs to be investigated on. Everything he does he gets a cut and making this park into a money making investment for him. Please help!!!
