Ripoff Unarthorized charges on credit card

In Oct. I noticed a $10.By Reservation Rewards. I then checked and another one in Sept. I had never heard of them.
I called them and they credited my account for two months and then made another charge for $10. I called them and they said they had not made another, yet it is clearly on my credit card statement. I called them again and they denied that it had been charged but it is still there.
One charge was for my wife and one was for me. Why would both husband and wife join?
