I contacted FAS to help save my home from going into foreclosure. They called me everyday to see when I would send them their fee of $1200. I paid them the $1200 on top of that they deducted an additional $900 from my account that was not available, therfore I recieved $288 of NSF charges and owed my bank the $900 (my bank cover the money they took out). I called and left at least 30 Messages. Not one person called me back.

I finally got throuhg by telling the recpetionist that I was going to call the news if no one spoke to me. I spoke with Michael who was very agitated that I called so many times. He was very rude to me. Each time I called I refused to hang up uless is spoke with someone. They would leave me on hold for 1/2 hour, 45 minutes then hang up on me. The receptionist who was a male at the time asked what should he do "MAKE SOME APPEAR OUT OF THE DARKNEST TO TAKE YOUR CALL" I told him "Yes I I DO".

End result this company did not help me save my home. I had to find another alternative. They took the additional $900 out of my account on July 27th. Today is October 23rd 2006 and they still have not refuned my money. I left messages for Barbra, Michael, Jan, Steve, Bobby not one phone call was returned to me with in 3 months. My bank account has now been charged off and a letter has been sent nation wide advising other banks that I am not allowed to open another bank acount.

I will be willing to fly to Florida and meetthese people in Person... And walk out with my money. I am that angry. Can you please help me.
