Ripoff

I recenly purchased a 15 day supply of phentrazine 37.5 and iwas not aware of any terms or conditions a couple of weeks ago. Today (10-19-06) i checked my bank account balance of the phone just like i always do everyday and found that they was a point of sale purchase that i never consented to on 10-18-06 for $149.00 so i asked my bank who the purchase was made to and they said pure energy labs. So i called them and they said it was for a 4 months supply of phentrazine. But here's the thing i never placed a 4 months supply order much less recieved it. Bottom line they said that they would not give me a refund of any kind. So i called them back again this time they told me no one was authorized to tell me anything to goto the web sit www.usaveonpills.com and click on customer support and then submit a ticket. So i did and got no response. So i called them back for the 3rd time and again they someone told me to go to the web site and file a ticket. So here iam no refund and no pills that i supposedly ordered. Can you please help me? What can you suggest i do to get my money back. Because i can't afford to lose that kind of money?
