Ripoff, placed an order over a month ago and no product & they took my money Throwbackcity.com

My son placed an order 9/18th thru the internet with these people and have not received my order. E-mailed them thru their yahoo e-mail no response sent another e-mail and now I'm panickin. I don't know where or what to do from here. There is no information on this company just a website that is now asking for a password and a yahoo e-mail. I want to know what I can do to get my son's money back.
