I was contacted by phone and was offered a computer for 299.00 dollars. I declined initially because I told the representative I did not want the desk top computer I am interested in only a laptop. The representative assured me that he can make sure I received a laptop. I was asked to give my banking information to continue with the process then I would be transferred to final stage confirmation.
After I gave the information I was transferred to another representative where he read over the details and quoted that we would receive our desktop in 21 days. When in I advised the rep I did not want a desktop I wanted a lap top he informed me that they do not carry laptops / I requested a supervisor and once she came on the line she claimed to have canceled my order, within 1 week I was charged twice of 299.00. I have been trying to get refunded for over 10 months now. The customer service department is rude and very unprofessional. If the converation lasty longer than 10 minutes of dispute, the representatives will end the conversation. Now it has gotten to a point where all you receive is a voice mail saying all reps are busy then when it's time to leave a message the mailbox is full. Something has to be done with this company. I'm at my widths end and ready to file a lawsuit against this company and employee for all of my inconviences they have caused to me and my family.
