I was also a victim of Kensington Assistance in the amount of $299.97. I, however, do have a phone number for those of you who have had trouble tracking them down. I was very lucky to answer the phone one day when a recorded message quickly told me their new number. I was able to scramble for a pen and write it down. It is as follows: 866-889-1903. And if any attorney is interested in filing a class action lawsuit against this company I am more than willing to jump on a claim.

I have filed complaints with both the Better Business Bureau of New York and with the Department of Consumer Affairs, to no avail. Let's not let them get away with this!!!
