Ripoff fradulant billing harrassment calls

I am so sick of the harrassing calls that this company does, saying that i owe them money and are not very professional at all. I dont even know who these people are but they call 3 times a day at my work and send me harrassing letters at home. I need this to stop and they have been told numerous times to leave me alone and still dont listen. I have spoken with my lawyer about this and they can get in trouble for harrassment and fraudulant charges on my bank account. I am so sick of hearing from these people, they have someone different call me everyday for this matter. They just need to stop. I need someone elses opinion on this matter. Please help.
