Almost lost my right arm and they made me drive 800 miles, ripoff

I got hurt in Salt Lake city, while working for Swift Trans. My right arm was ripped 3/4 through. The Salt Lake Swift people drove me to the hospitle. Was told my arm was real bad off.

Call my driver manger in Ewardsville. She told me to drive my truck back to Kansas City, Kansas. I got hurt on a Tuesday, laid up till thursday and had to drive back to Kansas. Got there on a Friday.

My driver manger told me on the Qcom to be ready to roll by Monday. I told her needed to see a doctor in Kansas city. Went to there doctor. He told me I need to have my arm fixed. He ok'd me for the opp for my arm.

Took the office almost 2 months to get me back to see the doctor and have the opp on my arm. The opp took 4 hrs not the 2 the doctor thought it would. The doctor said my arm was real bad and lost 20 % of it's use today.

I had to do office work durning this 2 months and they made me feel like shit. They tried to get me to quit so they didn't have to pay for the doctors. They also lied about my pay so they didn't have to give me more money each. They got cought and had to pay me 20 weeks back pay and I sued them. They made a offer of 4,000 I said stick it in your a* liers. I ended up with $13.000 and I quit the min I got well.

They do this to drivers. There school sucks and you learn only enough to get into a wreck. My driver trainer never tought me to back up. He said you'll learn this when you are on your own. I did my road test and the tester already had my name signed saying I passed. Said don't hit anything and you got it. They even cheat on the test you take after you get off the trainers truck. You really learn on your own.

They even lie to get you the CDL. I hate them and that's no lie. They dog you out and if you say anything about it the cover it up. I am so glad I went to another trucking co. Never been treated better. Swift will cheat you if they can. They lost my pay check one time for 3 weeks. I said I would sue them and they paid me fast. They are not good for anything or anyone. If you worked for them you know, if you going to work for them you going to know. Lies lies lies lies spells swift spells
