Ripoff dishonest promise of loan but you don't receive funds

This company really does it big. They called me and stated that I was approved for a student loan for up to 10,000. They gave me the option to secure this loan 3 different ways. I could use a co-signer, title to a vehicle, or pay a insurance company to insure the money. The lady that I spoke first was named Kathleen Tompson she emailed me all the documents that needed to be filled out for this loan including a direct deposit form so that the funds could be directly deposited to my checking account. I filled out the forms and sent them back to the company and they called and stated that I needed to Western Union 800.00 to Taronto, Ontario Canada for a person by the name of Sabrina Richards to pick up the money, but that my money wouln't be picked up until I have received the loan. She also guaranteed me that I could call western union and track when they picked up the money and that I should receive my money in my bank account by that night. Well the next day I received a call from a different lady her name was Tina she stated that I needed to send an additional 500.00 to secure this money, because my credit wasn't good enough to be secured by the 800.00. I proceeded to ask her why this wasn't explained to me up front and told her that my other money had already been picked up even though I was promised it wouldn't be until I received my loan. She stated that she didn't know why that was told to me that it was a mistake. So when she asked for the additional 500.00 I was really skeptical at this point. I proceeded to ask her to give me the name of the company that was supposed to be insuring the money and she said that she couldn't do that. So when I asked her how I was supposed to know that I wasn't being ripped of she got really offened and said that she has been doing this for many years. So I asked how I could get a refund on my first payment she stated that it would take 2-3 weeks to get my payment back. So I went ahead and sent the other 500.00 to the same place Toranto, Ontario Canada this time to Cindy Alcock. I spoke with her after that and she stated that it would take 2-3 days to get my loan and in the papers that is exactly what it says. Well today is day # 4 and I still haven't received my loan. If you call the # that they had called me from and I had called them from so many times it now doesn't even ring. All it does is pick up and say thank you for calling good-bye. I don't know if they have just blocked my area code or if the number has been disconnected. Anyway if you have heard or seen anything from this company, beware they will not do what they have promised. They will take your money and not give you anything in return.
