Keith Bedell owner/operator of Papillon Builders was contracted to build a relatively simple project. Keith claimed to have over 23 years experience and have a degree in engineering, also he brags about how great the quality of work provided and to be fully insured.

The contract is very specific and guarantees the compliance with all Laws, Codes etc. The contract states that he is fully insured.

To make a long and disgusting story short, every aspect of the work was the worst I have ever seen. Crap would be a complement, he destroyed $12.5k of materials, fleeced us for $11.5k also fabricated overcharges of $3.4k. We are out over $26k. We filed a claim on his ins co, he is NOT fully insured.

If you are ever unfortunate to cross paths with this man. Please realize the only thing he is an expert in is B. S and separating people from their money. Chase him off your property hide you wallet, this is the only way you will be satisfied with Keith Bedell owner/operator Papillon builders.
