Ap9* Simple Escape
Simple escape ripoff $199.95 From single mom of two kids 9/22/06

On 9/22/06 I called my 1-800 number to check on my bank account. When I did so I found a charge for $199.95. I thought I did not pay any bills for this amount so I had a statment faxed to me. There was a company Ap9*Simple Escape on my account for $199.95 and a phone number of 888-404-5629.

I immediatly called the number and spoke to a guy by the name of Jamare I asked him what this company did. He said what is your name. I gave him my name and asked why his company took $199.95 out of my account. Jamare could not give me a direct answer just said that I must have clicked a link on the web. I asked him exactly when did I click this link. Jamare said you click the link in 2003. I was furious and said I did no such thing and even if I did click a link in 2003 What right do they have to charge my credit card in 9/22 and he said I have an annual membership. I said and what membership is this and how have I never heard of you then and what do I get for this membership to nothing he said he would send me a Digital Camera. I told him this was enough and to give me a supervisor. He then put Rylee #10117 on the phone and she said there was nothing she could do. I told her she would put the money BACK in my account or I was filing a Law Suit TODAY. Rylee said she would place the money back into my account but it would take 2 Business days. I also had my Bank on the Phone. Middlefield Bank. (Dawn) Which was very helpful and stayed on my cell phone the whole time closing out my account so they could not get anything more. Rylee said her Managers name was BOB Gresser and as we were arguing about putting my money back Rylee told me that she did not have to be subjected to my behavior and hung up on me. I thought Well I wounder if she would like to be subjected to my children or feed them for the week since she and her company just stoled $199.95 dollars of Grocery money from my children for the week.

This company needs to be stoped. The company is taking money of of hard working individuals that are trying to get by and raise thier familys. It is sad enough that it is hard to get to work with gas prices now I have to worry about unhonest unethical company's and individuals that work for them stealing from my family.

Good Luck to all and Simple Escape has not heard the last from me and my family. We are going to be mad and hungry this week:)
