Puppy Mill ripoff

This breeder should not be allowed to own animals. We bought a bulldog puppy from prell that we paid $1500 for that was a sick dog. This dog was loved in are family, but the vet bills were more than I spent on my human children. Sadly our furry friend passed at the age of 5 years, last summer.
