Landlord screamed at me and went into my room and moved my stuff around without permission!

Sunday the 17th of September, 6:50pm.
Earlier in the week I had moved some of my things out of my apartment to keep at a friend's house. I did not think anything of it until my landlord called my mother, without contacting me first, and told her that I had moved out and that he was going to file a complaint on me. My mother calls me unbelievably upset to tell me this.
I called my landlord and without yelling (but I did raise my voice) asked him what the heck was going on. He got all fired up and told me that he saw on his camera that I moved my stuff out. I asked him why he had not contacted me about this, and he said that he did not have my phone number. This being true, I asked him why he did not leave a note on or under my door. He started screaming (not just yelling but screaming) over and over that he was in charge.
My rent has never ever been late, and if it was only then would I not be upset about him contacting my mother. He swore at me, he would not let me speak, and was VERY unprofessional, and I am very afraid to go back to my apartment because he went into my room without my permission and moved my stuff around and did not put it back like he found it.
Rent is due on the first and there are always a couple of days where a tenant will not be penalized if they do not pay their rent on time. He told me that if I do not pay my rent by the first I will be taken to court. People who own a business should NEVER act this way even when someone doing business with them is upset at them. I had never screamed or even yelled at him. I only raised my voice to get the point across that I was upset. It seemed to me that he realized he had done something wrong because he started yelling from the beginning. I should have been calmer, but even so he should never have screamed at me. My fianc Cole was a witness to this phone call.
