Ripoff unpaid commission payments

I was employed by this company as a telecommute advertising rep. I bought in a decent amount of advertising. After several months I was let go and have yet to receive my last commission payment. I have contact the person in charge several times, at first she would reply stating that I would not be getting it. Regardless of where you work. If you are let go then you are entitled to the money owed you. Now she just does not reply to my emails. I want the money owed me.
