I got ripped off

I was told that i had to send in $11.89 to inter and they keep sending me things like submission documents cost $ 11.89 each. All in all i sent in $ 71.34. I was told over and over agine that win an award totaling $1,000, 000.00. The thing is it looked very real. It was dated and it had a real signature of paul bishop. It was all done very well. Oh when they first started sending these award letters they were coming from canadian with the same name.
