Acadiana Air & Positively Clean
Returned a broken down Kirby that isn't mine. I have the Serial # and threw away my attachments. Ripoff

On 8/26 we purchased a Rainbow Cleaning System. We returned it within 3 days just like the contract said to do. Two days later Brandon Malaxonis brought back a broken down Kirby vacuum that isn't mine (I have the papers on my Kirby and the serial # don't match) and he said that he throw away the attachments (That's a $1,895 unit if you purchase it today.) My Kirby was only 5 years old and I took very good care of it. Now I have nothing and no way to clean my house.

I called his supervisor Kayla Primeaux and she said she would call me back. She never did and she never returned my phone calls. I call John Savely w / Positively Clean, her supervisor, and he never retuned any of my phone calls.

Finally on 9/6 I returned a call to some guy named Anthony and he said that I could just take Brandon to court and there's nothing they can do.
