Dead Beat "Dad" ripoff

My X-husband has not seen his children in over 2 1/2 years. He only paid support for 4 months then stopped, this time last year.

I found out last October that he was making good money and where he was working so I turned him into the courts. They garnished his wages for 6 weeks, then of coarse, it stopped. He says that they got rid of some people and he lost his job. He has lost 2 jobs that I know of since we divorced for failure to pass a drug screen at work.

He is currently around 5000.00 behind. He is court ordered to pay 53.00 a week for 2 children plus 7.00 a week tword arrearage. This is the same "man" that DFC substantiated 3 counts of abuse against him on our son that was just 5 at the time.

If he don't want to be a dad, then he needs to leave their lives totally and sign off his right. Just avoiding them don't make the child support arrearage go down any... It'll all catch up to him soon, I hope. They deserve better than that.
