Unsolicited Fax Solicitations - To Phone on Do Not Call List ripoff

I'm on the Federal "DO NOT CALL" list, and have been for years and then just this past Friday I got a FAX SOLICITATION - UGH! I have an unlisted phone number and it made me so mad.

Of course their fax number was not listed on the fax, but I checked my caller ID, and it said KOCAK INSURANCE 623-455-9137.

It makes me so mad - but I don't know what to do... Thanks to the other people on here for filling out information about them. I may try calling them and telling them that I'm going to file against them, too.
