Ripoff fraud liars shysters Dennis Coe & Lori Cruz ignore court orders abuse fathers steal money

Facts:

For FIVE YEARS, I made EVERY child support payment, on time, and as required by court order. I made those payments directly to my b*ch of an ex without any intervention from corrupt government agencies. A year ago, my ex wanted more money (even though I've been on disability for six years) and the b*tards at Los Angeles County Child Support Services Department (LACCSSD) started harassing me.

Facts:

1. Los Angeles County Child Support Services Department head shyster, Lori A. Cruz, fraudulently and maliciously reported me in arrears to my part-time employer, without court order, and had my wages garnished.

2. I was subjected to vile treatment when I tried to get LACCSSD to stop stealing my part-time wages as I had actually OVERPAID my child support - as documented by both court records and six years of canceled checks. One of their b*tards, who was too much of a coward to provide his first name, "Mr. Beasley" slammed the phone down on me (after I had waited on hold for 30 minutes) and REFUSED to let me speak with a supervisor. I made trips into LA (I don't live in LA County) and was further subjected to abuse at both LACCSSD's main office, as well as their office in West Covina. Again, they refused to provide me with ANY information regarding their fraudulent collection activities against me.

3. I filed suit against the LACCSSD b*tards and was forced to drive more than 70 miles (one way) to get them to stop their abuse. The court ordered LACCSSD, on April 17 (more than four months ago) their shyster, Dennis Coe, to cease and desist their fraudulent collection activities against me.

To this very day, shyster Coe and LACCSSD have continued their ongoing abuse.

Facts:

Even though Dennis Coe and LACCSSD were ORDERED to stop, by the court, they have intentionally and continually refused to do so. Some examples included (but are not limited to):

1. They continued to garnish my wages

2. They fraudulently reported me to the State of California which then tried to get my part-time wages a SECOND time.

3. They tried to get my teaching credential revoked - I was only able to get this matter, along with the state's attempt to garnish my wages (for the second time) stopped after I received assistance my state assemblyman.

4. When I was laid off of my part-time job, LACCSSD garnished my unemployment checks.

5. LACCSSD fraudulently reported me as being 60 and then 90 days past due to all three credit bureaus (this happened again, just a few days ago) and have REFUSED to correct this lie

6. Due to shyster Coe's and LACCSSD's fraud, I was forced to hire an attorney. At a second court hearing, on July 7 shyster Coe agreed (as evidenced by another court order) that I had OVERPAID my child support. That; however, hasn't stopped their ongoing abuse.

7. During the month of July, LACCSSD stole nearly $2,000 more from me.in addition to refusing to stop stealing my unemployment, they also STOLE MY TAX REFUNDS.

8. So far this month, they've stolen more of my unemployment checks, and continue to abuse me by sending more statements that fraudulently state that I'm in arrears.

Shyster Dennis Coe REFUSED to respond to three (3) letters my attorney has written to him in the past month that again, DEMANDED the abuse I'm being subjected to be stopped. When shyster Coe finally called my attorney, he again promised, more than a week ago to correct that fraudulent information on my credit report, etc. Of course, that was a blatant lie and to date, nothing has been done. As nothing else has worked and LACCSSD continues to steal all that I have, a new web site has been established to report on these thugs - (ROR REDACTED LINK FOR SECURITY PURPOSES) Please stop by and report on other abuses there. LACCSSD is run by a bunch of unethical and malicious thugs who abuse fathers and their children.
