Ripoff

I recieved the card with my name on it so I said ok for the card. I called the last day I had to cancell it but the voice actavated machine told me to hold and then the phone went busy, so I got on another phone but it did the same thing not once, twice but three times. So I contacted the company the next day when someone answered the phone and told me it was to late and the money was getting taking out of the account anyway $199.99. The gentleman who actavated the card told me I would be getting a catologe to order from before the date to cancell the account and then the lady I talked to on the day after said I would recieve the catologe after the payment was paid. NOW THEY WON"T GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!
