CPI investigator Hannah Hessler in Hernando County in order to take my children into custody intentionally led a Judge to believe false information, wherein she informed the Court she was unable to locate the family on a particular night until over 30 days later; eventhough, she conducted an interview that night and determined it was not a matter of the Dept. She failed to give proper notice of hearings and deliberately sent mail to an old address; although, the Dept and herself had my correct mailing address.

She put fabricated information in the report and failed to report the actual findings of her investigation. She also preyed on my 12 year old daughters emotions and created diversity in the family. She was insensitive to the families need and disclosed confidential information to others. She did not follow the rules and procedures in the brochure that was given to me, tried to strip me of my rights and falsely label me.

The regional director Dennis Calllahan said he could find nothing wrong with this. Though it is clear on the affidavit that she did not give the courts the factual findings and misled the judge to believe false information.

The supervisor Donna Stuccio's decides to cover for her co-worker and then files a petition 2 weeks later and after I had made numerous complaints, saying that Hessler did conduct an interview that night. So we have 2 conflicting reports filed under oath by the same Dept. One by the CPI and one by her Supervisor based only on the CPI's word. A district Supervisor said everyone committs perjury but noone is ever prosecuted for it. I gave the info to Tallahassee and was sent back to the regional and distict manager where they find nothing wrong with filing a false and innacurate report.
