Or Capital Financial Merchants ripoff liars dishonest fraudulent billing

They told me it was a visa card and it would help me estabish my credit. When i called them they tell me its not a visa but some kind of discount card so i told them that not the card iam suppose to be getting and i wanted my money back and they tell me their is no refund of money and they will cancal my card. I've never even recieved the card and its been almost 2 mths now. They need to be pulled off the internet if they been getting alot of people with this scam.
