Discriminatory hiring. Also frames people who file workmens comp

Here's some good facts about Don Motsenbocker and the Action Company in Mckinney Texas. Every now and then the employment commission will get on to him for not hiring minorities in Mckinney. I don't know if he really said this to them, but he said this in the car in front of me to another person. "Look, I told them, I hire my blacks in Tennessee, and my Mexicans in Laredo, and I keep my whites up here in Mckinney.". He didn't use near as nice terms though.

How about this practice. If you file workmens comp. He will have someone plant merchandise from his company in your backyard, and then call the police, and file a report on you. He will back off though and let you slide (isn't he nice?) if you back off your workmens comp. Filing. I was told this the other day by someone who used to be very close to him. You see, from what I understand, his insurance goes up, when people file claims like that. But he will take real good care of you if you get hurt at work and don't file. He will pay for your medical bills, and pay for your time off. (within reason of course). And of course after you sign some nice legal documents signing all your rights away. He really is a nice guy. (sarsasm.)

He really is a nice guy, if you work for next to nothing, and work over time for free, and come work at his house doing odds and ends, and do rotten things for him against other people, and make sure he gets all the money.

I just want to thank you Don. Gas is going up, electric bills are going up, and now because you want to save a little money, I have to shell out an extra 150.00 everytime my autistic daughter sees her specialist every three months. Not counting the other two kids. You are pathetic.

I'm glad you are finally over 70, and I think a lot of other people are too.
