Ripoff hard work but non payment

I worked on a crew boat for this man and still have not recieved payment and when I contacted him he acted like he had not recieved any information on my time worked. I know that he did because I was sitting with the girl that did the information. His name is Andrew James Costa and to me this is just bad business. I contacted the captain that I worked for and he said that none of the employs had been paid. He owes me about 2000.00 dollars.
He is making alot of money to do the oil rig work. There should be no reason that he is not paying me for services rendered.
