Ripoff keeps resubscribing me after I have cancelled

I (stupidly) subscribed to FASTfreelotto for a $9.99 (chg $10) monthly charge, assuming I would be able to cancel/unsubscribe after 1 month. They obligingly did that, but then on 7/22, I found a new monthly charge on my account.in reading their "rules" it says they may resubscribe you (just in case you might win?). I have sent several emails and contacted my charge company. I don't actually know that they will not cancel the charge, but I've read several horror stories here indicating I'm stuck cancelling the charge card to get rid of them.
