Ripoff dishonest fradulent billing unauthorized monthly fees

The above reported company has been charging fees of $9.99 to my credit card. I did not authorized them to charge me any fees, nor did I sign up for any membership.
Upon receiving their emails I continued to unsubscribe to there email address freelotto.com/util/unsub.Asp? FID=9ee30677070. It really concerns me that they have access to get my Credit card account number without my authorization. I have contacted AOL to find out how they received my credit card number. I have also send emails to Freelotto.com to have them reimburse all fees charged to my credit card. I have yet to receive refunds.
Please assist me with this matter. Or advise me the proper steps. Thank you
