Ripoff dishonest fraudulent company

I had listen to this operator and she made it sound like a good deal. Before we were through talking I asked her how not to get this company not to debit my account. She said just write a letter 3 days and tell them to cancel the 2 great benefits and not to debit my account, but to bill me. So I did. As a matter of fact I sent the letter 10 days before the due date and they debited my account anyway. I called them and asked for my $199.99 be put back in my account. They refused, so I told them I was going to my bank in the morning and tell them I wish to have the unauthorized automated clearing house transaction reversal immediatly. I will sign an affidavit of unauthorized/fraudulant account activity and that I would fill out a consumer complaints on the internet about them.
