Ripoff scam on free gas money and $400 ticket vouche

On the evening of July 20, I received a phone call on my celluar. It was a woman named Cheryl P. Her ID# is 901. She was calling me to congradulate me on winning a $100 gas voucher as well as $400 ticket voucher. She explained to me, I have 1 full year to use both, where other companies tell you 6 months or less. She explained to me, I will be receiving 3 packets and can decline them after I received them by calling them up. I am able to keep the vouchers in her own words " isn't that wonderful Roseanne". She gave me the name of my Bank.

I asked her how did I win this, she replied by being a wonderful person and ordering items online. She said she had contacted different businesses and they said I was a great customer always ordering things on line. I asked her, what company did she get my name and information from, she said, oh there are so many, millions out there. Then she said, is the name of your bank correct. She said it to me again. I said yes. She said great, now i'm going to repeat your routing number and please verify if it's correct. I said no, it's not correct. She said oh really. I asked her, how did you get my routing number, she said, oh Well, we entered your Bank name, it comes up w / the routing # of that bank. I said oh really. She said, if you could please confirm your routing # we can get started. I did get scared at that point, and hung up on her.
