When I was hired for Suntasia I was really excited to be starting a new job. I worked for Suntasia for only 2 days. My first day was orientation and I can honestly say that they brain washed each and everyone of us. I left that day thinking that this was actually a legit company. I went to work the next day. After being there for 2 hours I asked to take my lunch break and never went back. After listening to the manager on the phone trying to some what "train me" I felt uncomfortable. I had a feeling that something wasnt right. But I wasnt sure what. When I quit that day I went home and searched online for some answers and I came across usacomplaints.com. I read stories of people saying they were scamed and I felt disgusted with myself knowing that I was working for this company. This is how they do it... We called people claiming to be with a company named DISTINCT ADVANTAGE (even though it is really Suntasia) informing them that because they have an open and active checking account they will be receiving $400 in airline vouchers and $100 in gas vouchers as a token of our appreciation. If they agree they continue telling them they need to "verify" some information. Asking them if the name and address on file is correct. Then they ask what bank you are banking with and what city. If they get this information they put you on hold (without you even knowing) and yell out "ROUTING".. One of the managers will then look on your computer screen to read the bank and city thats its in. With this information they get your routing number. You then tell the person that you are going to read some numbers off of the bottom part of their checks and tell them to grab them and read along. After reading them the routing number you ask them to continue with the next set of numbers (account number) if you get that info from them you then inform them that along with the vouchers they will be receiving a discount card which is there for free for 2 weeks, but after the trial is over if they do not cancel they will be charged 19.95 every month until they cancel it. I then came to find out that these people were never receiving the vouchers or the card and charges were being made to there accounts. I regret ever working for that place and hope this will stop soon. If you ever get a phone call from these people do not give them your info and tell them you want to be on there no call list!!! Im apologize to people that i called
