Ripoff dishonest

I called to this company because they offer me to become a millionare. The first lady that I talked to was very nice and understanding of my accent, I told her that I did no wanted to buy anything because I'm not from here. She said that I need it to talk with her supervisor.
He was a very ugly, demanding person. I did end up taking one magazine, during all this time he keep saying that the total price was only $27.00 and he did add "Free Stuff" to my order. At the end of our conversation he said that he was going to charge only $27.00 for my order and he asked me for my credit card information. I told him that I don't give that information over the phone and he got SO ANGRY with me he said that they were a very serious company, working with big companies and he said that for a little amount like this they were not going to lost their good name. I was able to convence him to send me a paper bill, and after that he transfer me with someone outs.

I felt like in a vortex with all the people that they keep transfering to me to offer me more things.
At the end of all this I new that I was going to pay a total of $27.00 because it was what everybody keep telling me.

I got a bill for that amount and I did pay for it, but now they keep sending me bills for $147.28 and treating me to place me with a nationwide collection agency, they said I'm a delinquent and that they will do stringent collection efforts to clear my due obligation with them.
The person that sign this notice is John Scott a finance director, he also said that his Finance manager has asked him to send this notice. I'm very afraid of what they will do, but at the same time I keep thinking that I already pay them for what we agree. I think also that is very dishones that they will take advantage of people like this. I have learned not to trust on anyone NEVER AGAIN.
