Deceptive company

Dealer tried charging the following: (for our 2002 Van)

$215 foglights for $795
$700 Entertainment center system $1,600
$215 tape player $700
$800 C.D. Changer $1,700
$250 dealer protection package $395

Afterwards, we found out that we did not have to have these items intalled. So, we didn't. We then called twice to their fianance guy Nadir (661-255-5551 extension 204) and told him to take these items off, and I also came by once to talk to him personnaly. "No problem, we'll take it off and have a check sent."

After a month I received a check for $382.14 for "C.D. Player not installed."

Not only do I hate Valencia Honda at this point, but I really have their deceptive sales people like Isam, and his sales maneger Hugo.

What can I do to get this amended? Should I sue?
