Tammy Gutierrez lost custody of her children in 2002 because the only thing she cared about was her new boyfriend of the week. Before she lost custody she:

1.) Denied visitation to her children's father for over a year, forcing him to take her to court just so he could see his children.

2.) Filed false sexual molestation charges against the father and forcing her child to undergo an invasive sex abuse exam. Police dismissed investigation when she was caught in several lies.

3.) Moved her children anytime she had a new boyfriend. The children moved 4 times in one school & both were failing & repeating grades. Despite her children doing poorly, she NEVER bothered to provide a secure and stable home for them, much less help with homework (although painting the kids nails was the only quality time the kids spent with mom).

4.) Bought a new truck in the middle of the custody case, but didn't bother to hire an attorney. Again, her children were never her priority. Meanwhile, the children's father SOLD his vehicle to pay for his attorney fees & court costs.

Dad spent over $10,000 to get custody of his children. Even after she lost custody, Tammy still didn't clean up her act. She didn't pay any child support at all the first year, plus:

1.) When she did bother to pick up her children during her weekends, she mostly dropped them off at her mother's house - Norma Saffold (convicted prostitute and drug user).

2.) Still didn't help the children with school work, reading, math, science projects, etc. She did, however, manage to get their nails done, take them shopping, and sleep over at her boyfriend's house (whoever it might be that month).

3.) Diagnosed bipolar - but never sought any kind of treatment. Always too busy excusing her behavior, instead of taking responsibility for it.

4.) Expose her children to the most traumatic, horrible experiences. Emotionally blackmailed her children, made them feel guilty, and insisted on being the children's "friend" rather than a parent.

5.) Habitual liar to her children and everyone else. Claimed to be a nurse, a doctor, a practitioner. The National Nurse's Registry has no record of Tammy Gutierrez. Claimed to have breast cancer, cervical cancer, leukemia, a heart condition, a rare disease, etc. Also, told her children these lies so that they would feel sorry for her. Disgusting.

6.) Never helped with medical bills, dance classes, gymnastic classes, day-to-day expense, much less paid her child support. She was, however, more than happy to appear at dance recitals and claim all the credit in front of everyone else. Selfish.

7.) Committed at least 3 suicide attempts in front of her children, whereby THEY had to call 911. The most selfish woman on the face of the planet. Sick.

8.) Finally managed to kill herself on August 20. She took a bottle of aspirin that killed her over the course of 3 days. Her autopsy report indicated no cancer, disease, etc. They did find glass in her rectum, indicating that this sick woman had been eating glass as well. She was obsessed with faking some sort of illness after another.

9.) Her mother continues the drama and insanity by manipulating the children with guilt, etc.

I have no remorse for this sick woman. She was the most selfish, hateful, destructive person on the planet. While she claimed to have loved her children - she never knew what real love meant. Not once did I ever see her sacrifice one thing in her life for her kids. Her final act of suicide was the ultimate act of selfishness, and she leaves behind two heartbroken children.

They are in counseling, grieving, and will never be the same. Luckily, they have a loving father and stepmother who have gone through hell and back for them - to make sure that they grow up to be healthier and happier than they would have been otherwise.

Tammy Gutierrez recieved quite a lovely memorial & very nice things were said about her. If she did have nice qualities, I never saw them. If she was nice, it was superficial, fake, and temporary. She doesn't deserve the love of her precious children. Not once did she think about their well-being. She abandoned them many times for the men in her life, but now she has abandoned them forever.

The children's dad & stepmom are there - once again - to pick up the pieces. Thank God for that.
