Estella Jail corruption sheriff misconduct convicts single person in conspiracy charge while awaiting court date that was postponed, Mistreated!

My fiance is at Estrella awaiting a court date for probation violation. This was scheduled for last Fri 6/16, postponed to gather report as after being in custody 7 days, the courts had not even opened a file.

Probation violation, in which she was p/u do to idots setting a cpl of Walmarts on fire, and then the police searched employee records believing inside job, they turned up all kinds of probationers as well as VIOLATORS.

They came to our home and detained her, she didn't resist. The lead officer was a - scared, shaking the whole time. I aske dif they could tell us why she was being arrested? So he asked for my ID... With an attitude, like he was goin' hook me too. Nah, I'm clean... They left.

She has been employed with Walmart for 18 months, a dept mgr, on the risk mgmt team, but wasn't given a directline call, just 1, to put herself on LofA, save her job. BS.

Remember, convicted of a "conspiracy" charge, all alone, conspiracy being "vicious circle". The other party was supposedly murdered, leaving her to face the consiquences. The classificaton, Class 6 undesignated, Felony? Hell no, misdemenor. Lose to victims $325/2 parties, one was other suspects girlfriend. Total fines and all not including $325...$1500-1600, to the state. 1st time offender.

Set up! Bet. She was threatened, beat up, abused, locked away for a week... She went to jail, got convicted, spent 3 mths, got out, required to report to a "placement" living, in which the dirty & that mistreated her went after her. Sheran... Scared, had no one. Hipocritical parents, punk - brother. SCARED to death.

She tried to tell authorities, but they deamed her a felony, didn't deserve any help. They were still after her. Lucky for me, she walked past my door one day... I had to know her. Who is she. I found out, made her a "no strings attatched" place to stay... Get her away from the trash! She took my offer. We have been together in a relationship for 25 months. She's been nothing less than Wonderful".

Anyway... She's out at Estrella, cpl of minor medical conditions. But Estrella isn't a condition, it's a demeaning hole, for criminals. But, there is a big difference in a criminal and someone that did something wrong... Bad choice wrong. Not shot the exhusband wrong. Is there any (1) employee of the state with some good "judge of character" traits. Dumb?

She has been "rehabilitated" on her own... Finding, obtaining, holding, advancing at a good job. It was. She didn't report to her probation because my apartment was in the same neighborhood as the crimes she was convicted of. Again, scared to death. Thought they'd catch her. 2 yrs go by, good life considering. But, found her. Now this.

Original recommendation, Re Instate Probation 4 mths. For the last 10-12 days, she's been in HELL. They make her clean usung chemicals that could cause her a STROKE. Eating foods that make her sick, have seizures, STROKE. Slight heart condition... But she's hangin' in there.

I've been digging for 2 weeks to find a way for her to be released. I beleive they are keeping my mail from her (some). I'm the love of her life and she's mine... But I can't see her 'cause I was arrested for FTA on a case I didn't know existed. State threw it out, after I'd lost $150-200 pay for three court appearances. But I can visit, talk to her face to face for a whole half hour... Dumb - . I'm clean, no felonies, no traffic tickets, I do have 2 domestic violence charges, 1 I spit in 1st wifes face, she cheated, other one thrown out... Didn't do nada!

I'm done! Anybody think that's cool? Before the "wahwah" rebuttals... Think about it. I'm not cryin', I'm - P - !
