Ripoff

I am very pissed off. My checking account was debited $159.95. This transaction was not authorized and I dont even have a credit card for this company. I tried several times to call but they left me on hold for almost an hour no ever came to the phone it was always a recording. I emailed the company but they never responded to my email. Please if you see this company but it says Visa Acclaim card do not open it.
