Ripoff unauthorized charge of $9.55 to my credit card

On 20 May an unauthorized charge of $9.55 to RSIPARTNERS appeared on my credit card account, supposedly for "professional services." Having no record or recollection of ordering anything from a company of that name, I called my credit card company and was given an 800 number for the company. I called it and got a recorded message saying simply, "Please leave a message, " with no identification of whom I had reached.

After receiving no response, I searched the company name on the internet and found many other reports of such charges, including several others on consumer complaints. The MBNA representative I then spoke to said it was possible that the charge was simply made by accident through a typing error, but I thought I'd add my report to the others; it certainly looks suspicious. However, no other unauthorized charges have been made to my account since then.
