BAC Buyers Advantage unauthorized charge to credit card

An unauthorized charge was put on my credit card. They said i ordered their service eight year ago and have paid it every year. No, i didn't. They asked for the last four digits on my credit card. They said they weren't the numbers they had. So, how did they bill that card? The bank, Bank of America won't take a complaint over the phone. I have to write which i did. I also sent a copy of another compaint made on this site to both the bank and the company.
