Ripoff scam

I can say I Had used them once before with no problems, but this time i called i wanted to renew some of my subscriptions, I was asked if i had a credit card I saud yes and Told them it is maxed and would be denied and I was told thats ok we will send you an alterneate paymeny method so i was like ok kool i gey my card statement and i see where they put me over the limit and caused me in excess of 100 in charges because they keeps trying to charge even though i was told differntly
