Demt ripoff, Ordered 03/06 and as of 05/06 still no complete order shipped

I made a purchase on 3/31/06 and still have not recieved the complete order. I have emailed at least 10 times with two replies and neither response pretained to my order. The emails asked about the customerservice and product.

Today 05/30/06 I was able to get someone on the phone that told me about the same amount of iformation I had previously. Here's the deal I was told the items were on back order today but if I would not have called I would not even know that but on the website it takes that if things are on back order that they will be shipped in 5 to 7 days.

The orperator today said I could wait 14 more days and see what would happen at that point. I would just like a refund. None of the products sent have been worth any other problems that I am dealing with presently about just getting a refund back.
