Hidden Charges, Liable for damages already caused

RnR Real Estate has been a pain in the *&*& since I moved to Atlanta. Originally I am from Baltimore, MD, and if I were still in Baltimore they would not be able to do this. First, when I got here, everything was ok, but now, I am being charged fees that come up out of the blue for things that I did not cause. Once I came to my apartment in April I noticed that the tile was cracked by the fireplace. Last month's inspection sheet stated "Charge Students for Tile, " which is totally screwed.

Since I don't recieve financial aid, I am paying 783 per month to live in a three bedroom apartment with two people that I don't know. To make this worse, I am allergic to marijuana and one of my roommates smoke it daily, but I don't feel like dying.

The second issue that I think will arise is the power usage. Even though I am not home until about 1:00 (because I don't want to die from the fumes of Marijuana), my roommate is always home, and leaves every piece of machinery on all day long. If this continues to happen then I will feel responsible for their overages, for RnR supplies $125 of utilities.

The next issue is the book problem. I had to order my books from a company because I don't get free books like some students. Once I ordered my books and they arrived at my apartment, I cannot access them. My Roommate lost the mailbox key, and nobody can now access the mailbox. I asked RnR about getting a key for myself, and they now have to charge me a fee to replace the lock (because they gave the only mailbox key to a student which is pretty stupid).
